Waiter Assistant (Banquet) Sous Chef Job Requirements : Background: 3-5+ years of leadership in 5-star kitchens or high-end International restaurants.
Cuisine Mastery: Expert in Western techniques (Grill, Sauces, and Modern European/Mediterranean).
Operational Power: Proven ability to manage high-volume Buffet flow while maintaining A la Carte quality.
Leadership: A disciplined mentor who leads by example and team player.
Other position Job Requirements : Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort
Good communication skills, highly motivated, creative, innovative with results & guest oriented
