Job Requirements:
- Expatriate are welcome
- Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or long experienced as Sous Chef in high-end luxury leadership role, preferably in a luxury 5 stars hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Demonstrated expertise in various culinary techniques and European cuisines.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse team.
- Time-management abilities, with a record of accomplishment of managing budget and controlling costs.
- Good communication skill in English (Speaking and writing)
