Requirements :
Have knowledge in Chinese, Japanese and Western cuisine
Able to handling Banquet and all day dining
Able to develop Cascade team
Management skill and able to train the staff
Make sure all the food that goes to customers is of the best quality to maintain high standard
Responsible for inventory, product supply rotation and menu tasting
